The August 2024 SEnine magazine, issue 213, is out this weekend with 32 pages of news, features, interviews, events, gossip and rumour.

This month’s cover shows the interior of the soon-to-be-closed URC Church in Court Yard, Eltham – you can read more about it on P8.

Lead news is the story follows local MP, Clive Efford’s battle against prostate cancer, and his subsequent call to health authorities to be more proactive in screening those who are at highest risk.

Lots of other more serious news, and interesting features on education, sport and health and wellbeing.

As always, there is plenty to find out about in SPY – and SEnine Out is great for ideas on what to do in and around SE9!
