This edition covers both December and January – the cover is a striking winter shot of the Tarn taken a few years ago by local photographer Steve Fisher.

Main news features focus on the continuing battle between Lidl and Mecca Bingo on Eltham Hill, where local people express their dismay at the potential loss of this great community asset.
